Hotel LeVeque
This historic hotel was built in 1924. The tower is a beacon in the sky over downtown Columbus, Ohio. The tower is the 1st thing I noticed as I was driving into downtown.

The architect design when you walk in is Pisces. That is the astrological artwork on the wall. Pisces is my horoscope sign. Maybe that's why I'm drawn to this building.

It's as if you are sleeping under the stars. Every room comes with a projector machine on the bedside table. When you turn it on at night it shines the constellations on the ceiling.

Autograph Collection Hotel
Did you know that no two Autograph Collection hotels are the same? Each hotel has it's own theme. The theme of this hotel is celestial.

I think it's fantastic when a historical building gets revamped and they keep parts of the original design. This is the old mail shoot and some of the old mail boxes.

Tips I learned while staying at this hotel.
*If you chose not to valet park, there is a parking garage that is directly beside this hotel. If you park on the 2nd floor there is direct access into the hotel.
*The parking machine says you have to pay at the machine on the 2nd floor. This is inconvenient if you leave your parking garage ticket in you vehicle like I do. You don't have to pay here. You can pay downstairs as you exit.
*There is no charging stations in this parking garage for electrical vehicles. Don't bother driving to the top like I did to confirm.
*If your staying for a holiday like 4th of July the hotel gives each guest a wrist band. That way only hotel guests can get inside of the hotel. This is nice because this hotel is the prime location for Red, White & Boom.
